Payment
After submitting your booking, please complete the deposit transfer (50% of total) within 48 hours. If we don't receive your payment notice, the booking will be cancelled automatically.

- BreakfastNT$360 / person, reservation required — please confirm at time of booking, as same-day requests can't be accommodated
- Extra GuestNT$600/person on weekdays; NT$800/person on consecutive holidays and Lunar New Year (same rate for adults and minors)

Please Note
- Sorry, we cannot accommodate children under 2–6 years old.
- Smoking, alcohol, and betel nut are strictly prohibited indoors.
- We currently have no rooms suitable for guests traveling with pets.
- Please keep valuables with you; we are not responsible for any loss.
- Discounts and promotions cannot be combined or stacked.
- We reserve the right to decline any booking.
Cancellation Policy
In accordance with the regulations issued by Taiwan's Tourism Bureau:
- In the case of force majeure (e.g. a land typhoon warning, or the East Rift Valley rail line fully suspended), a full refund will be issued unconditionally.
- If you choose to cancel for other reasons, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited and the rest refunded.
- If refund conditions are not met, the deposit may be used within 3 months instead.
